About the Founders
Edwin Ross
I am Edwin Ross, Sr., a dedicated Physical Education teacher in Palm Beach County since 1990 and a former professional football player with the New York Jets. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of coaching several high schools across the county, helping student-athletes develop their skills both on and off the field.
Beyond my professional life, I have been happily married to my wide, Shelia, since 1990. We are proud parents of two children, Evelyn and Edwin II. Our family is actively involved in The Greater Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Delray Beach, where faith plays a central role in our lives. Additionally, I am a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., a distinguished community service organization committed to leadership and service.
Shelia Ross
I am Shelia Ross, a dedicated Physical Education teacher in Palm Beach County since 1991. My passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes has led me to coach the Citrus Cove Elementary Cheerleading team and found the competitive All-Star Cheerleading Gym East Coast Flames.
Outside of my professional work, I am an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a distinguished community service organization with chapters throughout the world. My dedication to youth health and wellness is at the heart of everything I do. Through cheerleading, I have the opportunity to inspire, mentor, and transform lives every single day.
My life is incredibly full, and I embrace every aspect of it with passion and commitment. As a woman of the new millennium, I strive to give my all - 100% to my family, 100% to my new career, 100% to my community, and 110% to my faith. My personal journey of perseverance, discipline, and self-care has led me take control of my health, transforming my life and well-being.

We established the S.E.A.R. Foundation to empower ordinary individuals to make an extraordinary impact. Through education, athletics, and community engagement, we aim to provide young people with the tools they need to succeed - physically, academically, and personally.
